What are you currently working on?
I am working on a pop-up antique store and gallery in Hudson, NY. It is a wonderful space that combines vintage and antique pieces with the work of contemporary artists. An eclectic and interesting space.
What does good energy mean to you?
Good energy is the renewable kind. Solar, wind, and geothermal.
What do you think there is too much of, and too little of?
Is this a riddle? Money
With whom would you like most to go on a “ tête à tête”?
Axel Vervoordt, the Belgian god of interiors..
What would you be doing if you didn’t have your current occupation?
I thought that I would become a photographer, so maybe I would revisit it.
What is on your life-to-do list?
What would you do if you were the president?
Push to expand the budget for education, reduce defense
What is your most striking moment?
I think that it’s yet to come
What’s your earliest memory?
Running in the woods
What do you consider a fashion “faux-pas”?
I don’t know, maybe a late-90’s T-Shirt that showcases tough Looney Tunes characters. I remember one that said Taz and had the character with a du-rag on it. It made me nauseous.
What cracks you up?
My fiancé Rachel. She has the most amazing and hilarious sense of humor
What is the WILDEST situation you have ever experienced?
Probably being drugged and robbed in Thailand. I woke up on the wrong island with wallet, passport, even my shirt stolen. I couldn’t get money wired because there wasn’t a bank on the island, so I had to figure it out. I secretly loved the excitement of it.
What can’t you live without?
With whom would you like to grow old?

A trajectory toward sustainability

To expand my eco design/build firm

My hero is always changing, for now it’s Aung San Suu Kyi of Myanmar
