What she’s been up to lately:
Lately, I have been silly busy. I am in the midst of writing a children’s book, am contributing to three brilliant and intelligent fashion magazines, have started a comical website with my sister and am beginning to dabble in wedding photography.

If she were a sound, that sound would probably be?
Maybe a coconut wind chime. I love how it can sound comical, calming, or even eerie. Depending of your state of mind, it can really play with your imagination.

What she thinks there is too much of and too little of:
There is way too much talking and not enough listening. I think a lot of people feel content with their level of knowledge, making them both unaware and unintelligent beings.

What cracks her up:
My boyfriend’s stupid jokes, my dog Hank’s goofy little face, any awkward moment, Nicholas Cage in The Wicker Man and about a thousand other little things.

With whom she would like to grow old:
If genies existed and I could have one wish granted, I would ask for my dog Hank to live until the day I die.

Her idea of love:
I think love is being able to selflessly offer the last bite of your favorite food without feeling a tad regretful.

And happiness:
I think happiness is simply an above average feeling. Pizza Pockets can make me happy, making my bed can make me happy, putting on fuzzy socks can make me happy …. I don’t think it’s this deep, methodic thing that you can only experience when achieving greatness. It’s feeling a little better than the brief moment that just passed by.

What’s next:
Career wise? No clue. However, next summer I am setting out to explore Europe with my man. That trip will probably define what’s next.

Hailey’s WILD Wish:
To remain starving. Too much money creates too much comfort, and with that comes too little ambition.
