Who: Hrafnhildur Arnardottir / Shoplifter, Visual artist and fashion flirt
Where: Greenpoint, Brooklyn New York

What’s on her mind today: Ghosts from the Nordic fashion past…

What is she currently working on: Curating an exhibition of Nordic designers for the Nordic Fashion Biennale 2011 to take place in the Nordic Heritage Museum, Seattle, September 30th 2011

With whom would she like to run a country: My husband, inventor Michal Jurewicz, you wouldn’t be bored there

What would she do if she was the president: Make sure all people have access to good affordable health care

What is her most striking moment:
Being a “notorious” breakdancer in Iceland at 15 in a group called the Icebreakers, I didn’t kick ass, but I had asymmetrical perm and some rubbery moves going on that did the trick.

What would she like to leave to future generation: The encouragement to be inventive in all aspects of life and not to fear being seemingly unpractical.

What is her Wild Wish: I would like to have more brainpower and hours in the day to create all the things I want to make and spend time with my family and friends.
