Taken by Trees / Dreams

The summer heat doesn’t seem so bad in a setting like this. Shot in lo-fi in a lush beach setting, Taken by Trees (Victoria Bergsman) gives us our first taste of the upcoming LP, Other Worlds. The album was written in Hawai’i, and you can certainly hear the local influences shaping the originally-Swedish sound. What results is a Paul Simon/Rusted Root feel with a touch of downtempo electronica beats. Time to daydream:
