BOFFO, created by Faris Al-Shatir ( featured as a WILD Profile ) and Gregory Sparks, is a non-profit organization that helps create opportunities and generate exposure for up-and-coming artist and designers. Among many of their projects, BOFFO pairs an architect and fashion designer to create retail spaces in New York City for the designers to showcase their work. Some of the fashion designers that have a part of this program include Nicola Formichetti, the creative director for Thierry Mugler, and menswear designer Patrik Ervell.

The collaborations are made possible through sponsors and donations. Each team is given $20,000 to execute the retail space. Donations for each project must hit $20,000 in order for it to take effect. By pledging your support, you will not only be part of a grand effort to bring exposure to young talent, as an appreciative gesture, you will even receive pieces designed by the designers themselves.
