Forget Me Not Scarves are Sure to Get You Noticed
by: Yevgeniya Yelkina
French illustrator Corinne “Coco” Brun, has come out with a line of scarves in silk twill and cashmere, all featuring her digital prints and geometric designs. Each is scarf made and manufactured in Como, Italy, where a special technique is used to transfer the prints onto the fabrics.
“Forget Me Not scarves are a larger format than most primarily because I am interested in witnessing the different ways in which prints are able to transform according to the wearer.” said Brun, in a JC Report article. “They can be twisted, tied or tucked: the possibilities are endless, and essentially, these scarves enable (and encourage) the wearer to experiment with the fabric as opposed to opting for simple knots.”
Brun also works for major brands such as Evian, Karl Lagerfeld, and Longchamp. Her work has been featured in magazines like as Vogue, Dazed, Elle and Nylon. The Forget Me Not collection is available in retailers such as Barney’s, Harrods, and Colette.
